Engineering new web communications

Forgemasters has a brand new website after working in partnership with PR specialist HR Media and creative agency Rocket.
Forgemasters new site displays the company's world-leading engineering capabilities, global network of offices, information regarding subsidiary company - design and project management experts Vulcan SFM - and the latest company news, including the floods recovery programme.
The company handed the task of revising its web profile to its PR provider, HR Media, who sourced and worked with Sheffield based Rocket to deliver a state-of-the-art website showcasing the engineering giant's global pedigree.
Billy Greenhalgh, E-media account manager at HR Media, said: "Sheffield Forgemasters has a well defined communications strategy in place, which had to steer the overall concept of a new website.
"This opportunity allowed us to work with Rocket to create a site that not only offers a fresh web presence for Forgemasters, but will work to deliver the company's core values."
HR Media continues to administer the SFIL website via its dedicated content management system and Rocket is developing a long term strategy to help Forgemasters achieve optimum search engine results.
Andy Barratt, director at Rocket, said: "Building a website forces businesses to think long and hard about how they wish to portray themselves.
"We had to devise a strategy that would easily present the services that fall under the Forgemasters' banner, and to design a site reflective of Forgemasters' global position."
