Sheffield Forgemasters has the capacity for multi-ladle pours in excess of 600 tonnes of liquid steel.
This allows us to produce single finish machined pieces, for steel plant applications, up to a maximum of 350 tonnes and to exacting tolerances.
Our commitment to technology and the one-stop-shop onsite steel facilities means we can satisfy the increasing demands for larger heavier castings for the forging press and rolling mill markets.
Large components can also be cast in multiple pieces, allowing customers to assemble this at their own site and provide ease of transport.
