In memory of Andy

On 22 November last year, Andy Moore, a Machine Shops shift manager at Sheffield Forgemasters, tragically lost his battle with Cancer at just 53 years of age.

Andy, who was well respected by all who knew him, received amazing end-of-life care at the Rotherham Hospice and we are fundraising for the hospice so that others can receive this care when they need it the most. 

On 14 May, 18 Sheffield Forgemasters employees from different departments will undertake the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, to climb 24 miles of the highest peaks in the Yorkshire Dales in under 12 hours.

The team has already raised £2,300 towards a target of £2,500, but we can do better in Andy’s memory….
