Our state of the art machining facilities contain some of the largest and most capable Numerical Controled (NC) and Computerised Numerical Controlled (CNC) machines in the World with capability of up to 400 tonnes in weight.
There are 6 cranes with a maximum weight of 400 tonne and a maximum height 8.34 metres.
Our advanced machinery capabilities means that we are able to offer small up to ultra-large steel components finished to exacting tolerances. This includes ultra-complex shapes such as reactor heads for nuclear applications.
Where required we are able to supply components in a rough machined state. This allows finish machining to be carried out on other sites, in other countries or by third parties and suppliers.
