Manufacture and project management

The in-house manufacturing facilities at Sheffield Forgemasters can produce steel castings up to 350 tonnes and steel forgings up to 200 tonnes. Inspection, testing and machining can also be carried out in house.
 
Vulcan's engineering team is able to project manage more complex component and assembly supplies using its technical and manufacturing expertise to utilise a range of specialist sub-contractors as necessary to provide a complete engineering package including design, manufacture, fabrication, assembly, trial fit, testing, coating, etc.
