As the world's leading supplier of heavy castings to the offshore sector, the engineering division has more than 20-years experience in supplying castings which are tried and tested on a truly global scale.

Specialising in the supply of high integrity forgings to the offshore sector, it supplies components ranging from simple lifting pins to highly complex taper stress joints.

The division has been at the forefront of material developments for use in these industries and is able to produce material to support customer requirements.

Material specifics include: A707, F22, HY80/100, 8360 modified and proprietary casting grade, CSN400. These materials offer a range of mechanical properties, from high yield strength 800-900Mpa for lifting pins, to the weldable grades at 400Mpa. All provide excellent toughness and ductility.
